There are 4 main ways labels are folded for easy application: Loop Fold, End Fold, Center Fold, and MitreFold.

Also, an unfolded straight cut, diecut, or even a rolling label might suit your product best.
While many fonts are available for your label, bolder simpler fonts are easier to read when woven. Also the colors you choose for your words and background have the biggest effect on how your label looks.

What your label is made of is just as important as what it says and how it looks. If your logo is small and detailed, Damask is probably the best choice since it has the thinnest, finest quality yarns. It is the premium choice for woven labels today.
